OUR
LAYERED APPROACH - MANAGED
CARE & PROVIDER ENROLLMENT
MANAGED CARE - We handle all
aspects of managed care coordination - from profitability
analysis to negotiating on your behalf. With years of
experience in anesthesia reimbursements, we bring considerable
knowledge to the table. With our contacts on
Capitol Hill and in many states' legislatures, we have
our finger on the pulse of potential and actual legislation
that affects anesthesia practices.
Our Managed Care department analyzes
contract issues for you such as potential patient volume,
proposed fee schedule, and payor mix in your specific
region. During negotiations, all details of the
contract are presented for your review including any
provisions that are changed as well as the original
and final fee schedules.
If you accept the contract, we will enroll all providers
and acquire the necessary provider numbers, manuals,
and fee schedules. We also handle recredentialing for
managed care plans that have this requirement.
Once the contract is enacted, we track reimbursements
and patient volume as it relates to the contract with
special attention to the amounts actually paid as compared
to the agreed- upon fee schedule.

PROVIDER
ENROLLMENT
Provider Enrollment is a department crucial to new clients.
Many physicians have no idea of the importance of this
department and how it can affect the timeliness of reimbursements.
Provider Enrollment is responsible for enrolling new
clients with the main carriers (Medicare, Medicaid,
BC/BS) as well as your contracted managed care carriers.
Pertinent information is verified for both physicians
and CRNAs.
Most billing services do not have a separate department
for provider enrollment. We do because updating your
credentials is an ongoing process.
