LAYERED APPROACH - ACCOUNT
TRANSITION TEAM
The activities surrounding your account's transition
are treated with the utmost respect and attention to
detail, as we believe these first steps are critical
to building a solid account foundation.
Our President & Managing Director is involved in
every step along the way. It is his responsibility to
work with you to devise a transition plan that suits
your needs.
Recognizing that you and your colleagues may have questions
once the transition has begun, we assign an Account
Transition Team leader to your group in addition to
your Account Manager. It is this person's responsibility
to keep your group informed and be available anytime
during the transition.
The Account Transition Team leader is responsible for
coordinating with your insurance carriers, former billing
service, financial institution(s), accountant, and legal
representation. |

By
communicating the pertinent details of our transition
plan early in the process, we are able to address everyone's
concerns well in advance of the actual moving day.
Because of the importance and time commitments associated
with a new account's transition we accept only 1 or
2 new accounts annually.
